"I have taken the honorable mandate of Gyumri Council of Elders with all responsibility and great love. Any position is subordinated by 17,000 and more than the voice of Gyumri's confidence.
I have never been afraid of problems, obstacles and challenges in any position. My principle is one, actual and confident, to make decisions on their own, for Gyumri and Gyumri, for the sake of the Republic of Armenia.
