Yesterday, October 19, a major car accident took place in Kotayk region. At around 9:30 p.m., 32-year-old Mariam M., a resident of Yerevan, drove her Chevrolet car in the administrative area of the Ashtarak-Yerevan highway, in the administrative area of Proshyan village, towards Yerevan. the pole of the iron billboard placed in the lane, moved forward, collided with the tree, then went out into the opposite traffic lane and ended up near the "Lahmajo" advertising sign.

According to Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, Mariam M., her passenger, 32-year-old Zaven S., a resident of Yerevan, were taken to the "Armenia" medical center with physical injuries.

Doctors assess the condition of the driver as extremely serious, and that of the passenger as moderate.

As a result of the accident, criminal proceedings have been initiated at the investigative department of Nairi.
