HTC introduced the U24 Pro. it is a mid-range smartphone but offered at a flagship price


The Taiwanese company HTC has introduced the HTC U24 Pro smartphone for the local market. It's a mid-range device, the hardware platform is based on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, but the price is impressive: $585 for the base version with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of built-in storage, there's also a 12/512GB version that costs $650 dollars. Let's note that for this amount, leading smartphones with a newer generation and powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and the same amount of memory are now sold in China. HTC U24 Pro has a 6.8-inch OLED screen with a frame rate of 120 Hz and is protected With Corning Gorilla Glass. On the front panel, in addition to the 50 MP camera, there is an LED indicator.

The camera consists of a 50 MP main module, a 50 MP module with 2x zoom and an 8 MP ultra-wide lens module. The battery capacity is 4600 mAh, it supports 60 W wired charging and 15 W wireless charging. The smartphone also has 5W reverse charging capability. The phone runs Android 14. Other features of the model include a standard headphone jack, an NFC chip, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 adapters, and an under-display fingerprint scanner. The thickness of the smartphone is 8.98 mm, the weight is 198.7 grams.
