For three months, scientists have compared the data to the participants' questionnaires. It turned out that the level of stress registered by the smart clock often does not meet real.
According to researchers, smart clocks often focus on the growth of heart attack as an emotional overload marker. However, this figure is not directly related to the level of stress.
