Recently, a delegation led by the Head of the Military Medical Department of the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Gegham Pashikyan, visited the US military base located in the city of Hohenfels, Federal Republic of Germany, where the “Joint Solution-2025” military exercise is being held.
In addition to the field hospital of the Military Medical Department of the Ministry of Defense, this year for the first time a unit consisting of personnel from the special battalion of the Military Police of the Ministry of Defense is also participating in the exercise, which during the exercise carries out the protection of special important facilities, the detection and destruction of sabotage reconnaissance groups, as well as other functions arising from the exercise scenario.
The delegation got acquainted with the conditions of personnel deployment and observed the course of the exercise. Deputy Head of the Military Medical Department of the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Artur Umrshatyan toured the service areas of the Military Medical Department personnel.
During the organized concluding discussions, the exercise leadership and US partners highly appreciated the level of preparedness and organization of interaction of the Ministry of Defense units.
