Dan Bilzerian has put his Las Vegas mansion up for sale for $25 million. The luxurious home, which Bilzerian himself calls an “adult playground,” is currently considered the most expensive mansion in Sin City.
It has seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. In addition, there is a swimming pool with a rock-climbing wall, a home theater, and a garage that can accommodate 16 cars.
According to the listing, the spacious 3,700 square foot mansion also has a roller hockey rink, a state-of-the-art golf simulator, a jiu-jitsu room, and much more—and of course, a poker room.
According to TMZ, Bilzerian, 43, decided to sell his mansion because he no longer wants to have a permanent residence in the United States and is instead investing in real estate in Bali and Dubai.
