During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings initiated in connection with the case, in 2024 On October 12, a report was received from the Syunik Marz Department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Police to the Syunik Marz Investigative Department of the RA Criminal Investigation Department that the 41-year-old man was transferred to the Erebuni Medical Center with the diagnosis of "Polytrauma" in 2024. died on October 11 at 21:50.

A and another unidentified person, realizing and complementing each other's actions, during an argument over the issue of the brothers taking their fuel cans and keeping them in the basement of their rented house in Lichk settlement, with many metal tools for breaking bricks and manacles. hit different parts of their bodies.

In addition, with the motive of punishing the brothers and taking revenge on them for the mentioned issue and the dispute over it, in 2024. on October 10, at around 09:00, the mentioned persons, with the common intention of killing the brothers illegally, hit various parts of the brothers' bodies with wooden batons and metal rods, including the vital part of one of them, a 41-year-old man. important organs, causing physical injuries incompatible with life, and the other, a 36-year-old man, caused moderate damage to his health.

Based on the obtained sufficient facts, accusations were presented to H.B. and G.A., according to Article 195, Part 2, Item 5, Article 155, Part 2, Item 8 of the RA Criminal Code. and clause 7 of part 2 of article 167. Petitions were filed with the court to have them detained as a preventive measure, which were granted.
