The number of tourists visiting Armenia continues to decline. According to the RA Tourism Committee, 1,70,727 tourists arrived in Armenia in January-July 2025, which is less than 13,038 in the same period of 2024.
2025 In January-July, more tourist visits were registered from Russia (39%), Georgia (14%) and Iran (8%).
The United States and China are also in the top five. 29,855 (3%) and 22 278 (2%) tourists arrive in Armenia, respectively.
Most guests (62%) have chosen air transport and arrived at Zvartnots International Airport. The leader from the ground crossings is "Bagratashen". The most active group of tourists is 35-44 years old.
