According to the decision of the Yerevan city council, a plaque commemorating the memory of academician Vachik Nalbandian will be posted at 9 Tumanyan street.

"Based on paragraph 2 of the procedure approved by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia N 551 of August 31, 1999, the Council of Elders of the city of Yerevan decides:

1. To give consent to put up the plaque commemorating literary critic, academician Vachik Nalbandian at 9 Tumanyan Street," the decision says.
