The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia informed that when implementing farming, it is very important to maintain the safety rules for the use of pesticides to avoid poisoning.
When buying pesticides,
Follow the instructions on the use of pesticides, safe size and first aid measures listed on the label.
Do not buy pesticides whose tags are missing or written in a language incomprehensible to you.
During the use,
Wash your hands and face after the use of pesticides before taking food, smoking or bathroom.
Wash the contaminated skin and clothes with plenty of water and soap.
Use individual protective equipment when working with herbicide (special clothes, mask, gloves, glasses, long boots).
Rinse and hold toxic cloths contaminated separately from everyday clothes separately.
Do not keep poisonous substances in the containers for food products.
Store toxic substances in factory bottles, otherwise warning labels on the bottles of these materials.
Prepare a mixture of pesticide in a well ventilated area.
Do not be spoken into a flipped edge of a liquefied (sprayer).
As the cases of poisoning in the negligence of parents continue, the Ministry of Justice urges:
Keep them in high places, their original packaging and closed boxes.
Do not keep pesticides and chemicals to children in places available.
Remember, parents' ignorance and negligence can lead to irreversible consequences.
