The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, published an animated map of Russia, which includes the territories of Ukraine, on his Telegram channel on the occasion of Russia Day.
On the map, while the national anthem is played, the borders of the country are gradually covered with the colors of the waving flag of Russia. The tricolor colors the territory of Russia from the eastern to the western borders and then includes the entire territory of Ukraine. Earlier, Medvedev called the concept "Ukraine is Russia" true. In his opinion, Ukraine is a "failed country".
