Belgorod and the Belgorod region were subjected to massive rocket attacks by the Ukrainian military; Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov informed about it.
"Serious damage was done to energy infrastructures. Electricity, water and heating outages were registered," he wrote on the MAX platform.
A fire broke out in a building in Belgorod and emergency response teams were dispatched. Gladkov also explained that the windows of one of the residential buildings were damaged.
According to preliminary information, there were no casualties. He added that emergency services are working at the scene.
