I was mercilessly criticized in those days for slowing down, thinking for a long time and announcing my decision late, did you see the result of haste? For that, it was necessary to take into account the opinion of a person with experience, who has gone through the political path and gone through similar trials, and not to be guided by the influence of the moment, emotions, paying tribute to political fear.
In this case, I regret that I was right in this matter, you were wrong.
Dear citizens of Gyumri, today we all witnessed the Mikael Srbazan, Bagrat Srbazan, Manvel Grigoryan-2 operation filmed in Gyumri.
I am not saying anything about this yet, considering the lack of objective examination results. I also urge everyone not to violate the presumption of innocence.
I call on the power structures of Shirak region, taking into account the emotional state of Gyumri people, to release all the detained citizens.
And as for Democracy and Justice, the latter left Armenia for Europe and turned off the light and closed the door behind them."
