Guests at the Yerevan property are now actively using the platform, marking a key milestone in BEN’s hospitality expansion and demonstrating the system’s readiness for real-world luxury service environments.

BEN and Seven Visions Resort & Places, The Dvin formally announced their collaboration in May 2025.

The AI Concierge enables guests to access services, request assistance, and receive property information instantly through QR activation and WhatsApp-based routing. The current beta phase is limited to a selected group of rooms, allowing teams to collect real interaction data, refine responses, and optimize performance ahead of full deployment.

The AI Concierge is not designed to replace human service - it is designed to protect and amplify it by removing friction from routine interactions.
