Armenia is not going to slow down the introduction of European standards, but is delaying and freezing the initiatives with the participation of Moscow. Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, informed RIA Novosti about this.
"Serious initiatives with our participation are delayed or frozen. Moreover, they assured us that "after the elections, we will return to their discussion." However, no one in Yerevan is going to slow down the introduction of European standards," said Zakharova.
He added that Yerevan signs various memoranda and framework programs with Western capitals, including those in areas where Moscow has always been a traditional and reliable partner.
