"Fact" daily writes:
In the "Civil Agreement" party, an internal investigation may be started in the near future due to the results of the first round of voting for the formation of the electoral list. According to the information of "Fact", the proposal to start an investigation was made when a number of officials, especially deputies, expressed doubts about the strangely high votes received by some candidates. In particular, the number of votes received by deputy Sergey Bagratyan, who is registered in the Vayots Dzor territorial organization, was surprising to many of the Kpakans.
The latter received 298 votes, surpassing a number of well-known and active MPs (and not only MPs, but also "old-timers") of the CP, although, as our confidential source notes, he does not have the authority in the party to receive so many votes.
According to the information we have, the CP says that a rather remarkable mechanism has worked. a number of territorial organizations agreed with each other and exchanged lists. As a result, a number of deputies of the Communist Party "left behind" in the list, and a number of representatives of territorial structures were placed in quite high places, in some cases even in the first fifty. For example, Aragatsotn deputy governor Milada Hovhannisyan, CP youth organization Araksya Vardanyan, Vayots Dzor Hayk Avagyan, etc. received high votes.
Although the CP tends to ignore this phenomenon, according to our information, there is an internal demand to find and punish all its culprits. Moreover, some even threatened to publish or "sleeve" the names of the organizers.
