The Ministry of Defense of Russia reported that the launchers of the Ukrainian armed forces' HIMARS multiple missile system (MMR) and the С-300 anti-aircraft missile system were destroyed by the strikes of the "Iskander" operational-tactical missile system.

According to the Ministry, the "Iskander" crew launched a missile attack on the positions of the Ukrainian S-300 air defense missile system near the village of Volnyansk, Dnipropetrovsk region. As a result of the strike, a radar station, a command vehicle and three launchers of the system were destroyed along with the crew.

Moreover, a similar attack was made on the positions of the Ukrainian HIMARS air defense system near the village of Volodarovka, Kharkiv region. The Ministry of Defense clarified that as a result of the attack, a HIMARS launcher and up to ten servicemen were destroyed.
