The composer of "Simpsons" and "Alf" TV series has died

Famous American composer Alf Klavusen died at the age of 84, facing a long-term and severe illness, Progressive Nadyammi-Character, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

Clausen is best known for the reputation of the soundtracks of "Simpsons" cartons, for which he has created about 600 original works, working in the project since 1990. Still, the creator of the show called him "secret weapons" of the series. During his career, the composer won 23 times the Emmy Award nomination twice. He is also known for the music of "Munlighting" TV series, Alf Citox and John Hughi "Ferris Buller's Vacation".

In 2017, Clausen was removed from "Simpsons", the decision of the creators to change the music formation of the show. Bleeding Fingers Music, founded by Hans Zimmer, Russell Emanuel and Steve Kofsky, took its place. Clausen sued Fox, accusing them of age discrimination.
