The fact that the EU refuses to establish contact with Russia on the issue of the Ukrainian conflict is a big mistake. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban announced this, TASS reports.
The head of Hungary also said that at the summit of the European Council, he will call on French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to start negotiations with Russia on behalf of the European Union to settle the conflict. "We are losing. And someone should take responsibility for this. Many European leaders, led by the European Commission, decided to enter this war, standing by Ukraine and providing financial support to it," Orban stressed.
