3. revise transport routes, reducing overuse of buses,
4. to evaluate cost effectiveness,
5. to approve the clear methodology for calculating the transport tariff,
6. calculate the new tariff, taking into account the shadow reduction data,
7. If necessary, determine the amount of subsidy of the municipality in the new transport tariff."
