According to our sources in the law enforcement system, police patrols have been instructed to be very vigilant regarding businessman Samvel Karapetyan.
The police were obliged to be on duty during all the actions and events organized by the force led by Karapetyan and record all the cars that arrive at the scene, fix the license plates and find an opportunity to fine them or take them to the penalty area.
We were told that the patrols are on duty all night near the offices of the "Strong Armenia" party, filming, recording, and fining the drivers of buses and sprinters transporting party members. We also wrote earlier that the government has also ordered "intelligence officers" hidden in front of Karapetyan's offices to capture, find, and try to attack their relatives and families, to scare them and to conduct explanatory work with them.
