Because what is actually happening is reprisal disguised under the judicial process.
The judicial entourage is necessary to give Aliyev and his accomplices (including Nikol) a veil of legitimacy to that reprisal.
Every time we repeat "court", "judge", we unwittingly become participants in that manipulation. Yes, this is Aliyev's #норлез too. We must be careful not to fall into that trap.
