On December 10, the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Armenia received the protocol of the Mayor of Yerevan regarding the early termination of the powers of Areg Gevorgyan, a member of the Council of Elders. This is reported by the CEC.
In the regular session of December 11, the CEC granted the mandate of the member of the council of elders elected from the electoral list of the "Civil Contract" party of the Yerevan Council of Elders and whose powers ended prematurely to the next candidate of the same party's electoral list, Ashot Artyusha Sargsyan.
