Restrictions have been placed on the assets of Arkadi Derzhava and 22 connected persons.
This was reported by the Enforcement Service. "Within the framework of enforcement proceedings initiated on the basis of enforcement orders issued by the Anti-Corruption Court in the Illegal Origin Property Forfeiture and Special Purpose Division, restrictions have been applied on the debtor A.H. and 22 associated persons concerning about 84 immovable and 59 movable properties, 255 vehicles, a total of 875 shares in various companies owned by the debtor and connected persons, 100% stakes in 8 companies, stakes of 84.38%, 99.996%, 65%, 99.997%, 8.5%, 0.004%, 0.003%, and 90% in 8 companies respectively, as well as monetary claims against various companies totaling 813,347,447 AMD, 20,500 EUR, and 249,375 USD. At the same time, the debtor and connected persons have been prohibited from performing any actions related to the management of the above-mentioned properties and property rights."
The debtor is also required not to carry out any actions aimed at illegal management of the detected and restricted assets.
Within the scope of enforcement actions, department employees inspected and handed over to the custodian P.K., who is connected to debtor A.H., a residential house belonging to A.H. located in the city of Yerevan, Malatia-Sebastia, Noy district, prohibiting any actions related to the management of this immovable property. The legal entity connected with A.H., "DERZHAVA-S" LLC, registered in Yerevan, Malatia-Sebastia, Admiral Isakov Avenue, had its commercial hall, 7 immovables, and 213 vehicles also inspected and handed over to custody, prohibiting the debtor from performing any operations related to the management of immovable and movable properties owned by the company," the statement said.
