On December 6, at the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a discussion was held regarding the permitted places, requirements and conditions for the implementation of fireworks during the New Year celebrations. Representatives of the leadership of the Ministries of Internal Affairs and Territorial Administration and Infrastructures participated.
Issues related to the licensing of the fireworks display and implementation were discussed. Reference was made to the means of administrative intervention planned in case of violation of the law by organizations and individuals.
It was emphasized that carrying out fireworks is allowed in the case of licensing and appropriate permission issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and in all other cases, violations must receive an appropriate legal assessment.
An agreement was reached between the two ministries to carry out joint discussions on the issues in the field.
