President of the Russian Ski Racing Federation (FLGR) Elena Vyalbe said that she regrets her words about dropping a bomb on London. “I don’t want to make excuses, but it seems to me that due to the fact that I actually do not have such an opportunity, there is no need there was nothing to say,” Vyalbe said in an interview with the Moscow 24 TV channel. Earlier, Vyalbe said that after such a decision, Russian athletes would be allowed to participate in international competitions.
