Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mamedov met with EU Special Representative in South Caucasus Magdalena Grono. The parties discussed the current state and prospects of relations between Azerbaijan and the European Union, as well as issues of the regional agenda, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan reported.
Mammadov informed the interlocutor about the process of normalization of relations with Armenia and emphasized the importance of fulfilling obligations and strengthening trust for the completion of the peace process.
Cooperation in the political, economic, energy and transport sectors was also discussed at the meeting.
