Axios previously reported that Trump "personally signed a copy of the agreement at the Palace of Versailles during dinner with French President Emmanuel Macron." According to the media, "the photo of the signed agreement was sent to the Iranians and the mediating countries."
NewsNation, citing an American official, also reported that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian signed the memorandum.
