Several logical questions arise in this combination. • How was 12.7 million drams in cash formed, if the annual income was 14 million drams, and no other sources were declared? • Was the 41 million drams of the sold apartment fully deposited in cash or via bank transfer, and how was it reflected in the declaration?
• Who owns the apartment in Jrvezh that the deputy police chief "actually owns"? • Why does an official keep a large amount of cash and have a loan obligation at the same time? The declaration is complete with numbers. However, the combination of numbers creates a picture that needs clarification."
