The West predicted the end date of the Ukrainian conflict

The armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine has every chance to end in the spring of 2026, writes Politico, citing a US Republican foreign policy expert who has provided advice to the office of Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky.

"I am cautiously optimistic that we have every opportunity to end this conflict in the spring," the source told the publication.

According to him, the interaction between the delegation of Kyiv and the Russian negotiators has significantly improved after the involvement of the head of the parliamentary faction of the ruling "Servant of the People" party, Davit Arakhamia. The expert also noted that the representatives of Moscow respect the Ukrainian delegates, considering them people who understand reality and are ready for compromise.
