Zelensky said that Russia does not want talks

Russia does not want peace talks with Ukraine. Vladimir Zelensky, head of the Kiev regime, stated this in the video message.

According to him, Russia is increasing its army with 100,000 soldiers, creates new divisions and expands military production. This proves that Moscow "does not want talks," Zelensky said.

It should be reminded that Moscow has repeatedly stated that it is ready for a dialogue on Ukraine, but Zelenky's decree forbids negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Meanwhile, according to Eadaily, Vladimir Zelensky stated that Kiev plans to involve 18-year-old youth with "profitable agreements" by Ukrainian Armed Forces.

"Combat brigades, experiments, along with the Ministry of Defense ... They work on a contractual version of 18 to 24 years old ... There will be a special contract ... there will be very high financial support," he said in an interview with Reuters.
