The study took part in 43 experienced yoga specialists and 10 people with a 10-person controlling groups that were just listening to calm music. The effect was especially strong at Yoga Nida, when the traversal and delta waves increased, and the activity of accidental brain decreases.

The authors believe that such results confirm the potential of respiratory practices as an affordable and inexpensive method to maintain mental health in the context of stress, anxiety and depression.
