The deputy director of Gyumri Medical Center, Armen Khachatryan, said that H.M., born in 1996, was taken to the hospital by ambulance with cuts and scratches on different parts of the body: head, wrist, shin and butt. He underwent an operation, his condition is assessed as stable.
