Azerbaijani scholar Tatevik Hayrapetyan writes:
"While analyzing Aliyev's speech at the beginning of the year, I noted which countries and actors he targeted. It was important for me to understand what caused this targeting, apart from the already known circumstances, which I have talked about on various occasions.
According to me, this is due to the fact that each of these actors restrains Azerbaijan's possible aggression to one degree or another: Iran, the USA, France and others.
That is the reason for Aliyev's anger, because he needs at least neutrality or a green light to go to aggression, which he still doesn't get due to various circumstances.
And the RA authorities, instead of taking all this into account and working on it, are busy assuming the role of Aliyev's psychologist and expressing their readiness for further concessions, as if they will appease the dictator of Baku.
Aliyev has a clear decision to go to aggression in the near future, regardless of how many new concessions he will extract from Pashinyan. Here, it is important not to give up our rights once again, but to realize who is playing a role in curbing that aggression and make efforts in that direction.
But if the foreign minister of our country, in response to a journalist's question about how intensively they work with various actors to curb aggression, says that the world is not the same, the planet rotates differently and the only way is to talk with Baku, then it becomes obvious: no real steps are being taken to curb this aggression, and the period of curbing it with concessions is coming to an end.
Aliyev is very sincere in his goals, it is impossible not to see them. Therefore, instead of filling the field with absurd agendas, it is better to work to curb aggression while there is still time.
