On September 30, 2024, the prosecutor initiated a public criminal prosecution against the head of the Conscription Department, under the 2nd and 3rd points of part 2 of Article 435 of the Criminal Code (concession or patronage or other illegal action in favor of the bribe giver or the person indicated by him or receiving large bribes for inaction) (three episodes). detention was applied to the latter as a preventive measure.

The prosecutor approved the indictment on December 6, 2024 and handed it over to the Anti-Corruption Court along with the criminal proceedings materials.
