On November 24, a newborn died in the "Mother and Child Health Center" of Akhuryan community in Gyumri.of NEWS.amTatev Sargsyan, the aunt of the deceased infant, stated that the child had no health problems.
"The child was born on November 22, we were told that he is perfectly healthy, he has no problems. Later, they took the child and told my brother's wife that she just needs to connect an oxygen device for a while so that she gets used to the environment sooner. We said that if there is a problem, we should take him to another hospital or take medicine, but they said again that there is no problem, the child is healthy. On November 23, at 10 o'clock in the evening, we saw the child, everything was normal," says the child's aunt.
According to Tatev Sargsyan, after that, the child's mother went to the child several times at night to feed him. At dawn, however, the child died. "And we don't know what the reason is. We ask who is responsible. pediatrician Fatima Grigoryan, who was on duty that day, says: I am not aware, the nurse does not make a sound at all. They don't even know the time when the death was registered. The deputy director of the hospital says that it is a post office, there should always be a person there. However, the nurse was asleep at that time," says the baby's aunt.
According to the relatives, the doctor on duty was not in the hospital during that time. Fatima Grigoryan mentioned in her conversation with them that her house is only 100 meters away from the hospital, she had gone to rest. Later it was found out that the latter lives in Gyumri.
