The Holy Armenian Apostolic Church filed a lawsuit against the State Revenue Committee, demanding to invalidate the decision of the post-release control and inspection department dated 14.04.2026. Customs Inspection Act No. 0011-A and RA State Revenue Committee Appeals Committee of Tax and Customs Authorities No. 11.06.2026 Decision No. 41/22: 14.04.2026 regarding the customs inspection act No. 0011-A.
The claim was addressed to the judge of the Administrative Court, Elena Arakelyan. The court accepted the claim and decided to examine the case by written procedure.
