"Hraparak" daily newspaper writes: "After the disgraceful fiasco of the "City Agreement" in the Stepanavan community of Lori region in the June 7 parliamentary elections, the ruling team is in a fighting mood and is preparing to seize Stepanavan in the municipal elections expected in the fall.
Although the current mayor is in power, after the results of the national elections, there is a deep mistrust of him in the KP, they consider that he remained the man of the Karapetyans, betrayed them and formally sided with them. Moreover, they suspect that as a result of his inaction, such a shameful defeat was recorded in this community.
The other main culprit of the defeat in Stepanavan, according to the authorities, is Suren Papikyan, who assured his native Lorva that they would suffer, but what happened happened.
In CP, they announced a casting from Himikvan and "set a neck" to choose the best candidate for the post of Stepanavan community head, with whom they can achieve revenge against Karapetyans.
