According to the information of "Zhoghovurd" daily, Nikol Pashinyan informed the Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan after the session that the temporary manager of "Araratcement" will not be deputy minister Zakaryan, but assistant to the prime minister, former governor of Aragatsotn, Davit Gevorgyan. This decision surprised both the employees of the ministry and the officials involved in the processes related to the factory.
