The President of Russia sent a congratulatory message to the President of Azerbaijan in connection with the national holiday: "We attach great importance to the alliance relations with Baku. I am sure that with joint efforts, we will continue to systematically develop effective bilateral cooperation in all fields, as well as coordination of efforts in regional issues. It undoubtedly corresponds to the interests of our friendly peoples and the strengthening of security and stability in the South Caucasus and the Caspian Sea," Vladimir Putin said.
