The presidential elections have started in the USA

The first polling station in the USA was opened in Dixville Notch, New Hampshire, the candidates received an equal number of votes, it is reported.CNN:the

"Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump each received three votes in the tiny New Hampshire community of Dixville Notch, marking Election Day in a community that was one of the first in the nation to announce its own presidential channel."

Dixville Notch is a community located in northern New Hampshire near the US-Canada border. This location is notable for opening its polling station at midnight local time (8:00 a.m. Moscow time) earlier than any other country in every presidential election since 1960, and closing shortly after voting closes.

After the quick counting of votes, the results are immediately announced here, which attracts the attention of journalists.

This year, four residents who supported Republicans and two who did not have a preference for any candidate participated in the vote. These six people make up the entire population of the village, according to the data of 2023.
