Erdogan arrived in Kyrgyzstan on a state visit

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Kyrgyzstan on a state visit, the press service of Kyrgyz leader Sadyr Japarov told reporters on Monday.

“President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived on a state visit to the Kyrgyz Republic today, November 4. The leader of Turkey was met at Manas International Airport by President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov,” the message says.

It is noted that as part of the state visit, it is planned to hold negotiations between the presidents of the two countries in a narrow format, as well as the sixth meeting of the Supreme Council for Strategic Cooperation chaired by the heads of the two states, during which the parties will discuss a wide range of issues of Kyrgyz-Turkish interaction.

Erdogan is also expected to attend the summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), which will be held in Bishkek on November 6.
