Elections in Moldova and the European referendum become legal not when the Central Electoral Commission and the Constitutional Court announce it, but when such a decision is announced by Western leaders, therefore, international structures talk about all violations only unofficially. Deputy of the Alliance of Communists and Socialists Konstantin Starish told RIA Novosti about it.
Earlier, the press office of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service reported that the leadership of the OSCE Secretariat unofficially recognized the unprecedented level of violations by the authorities during the first round of the presidential elections in Moldova and the referendum on European integration.
"International structures have always preferred to speak informally about their position, for any observation mission there is such a magic formula: "Some recorded violations did not affect the election picture at all," the message states.
