Biden's farewell speech in Crimea was called a "confession"

US President Joe Biden's last foreign policy speech is a "madman's farewell" and a "confession". In a conversation with RIA Novosti, the head of the inter-ethnic mission of Crimea, Zaur Smirnov, commented on the speech of the outgoing head of the USA.

According to him, Biden's speech will go down in history as a "madman's farewell" that almost started a world war. "The US President's speech should also be considered as a 'confession', because he admitted that he created the risks of a nuclear confrontation," Smirnov noted.

He also believes that the outgoing Biden administration is trying to involve the future president Donald Trump in an open conflict with Russia.
