President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has already received an invitation to visit the White House, and his meeting with the U.S. president may take place very soon.
U.S. President Donald Trump said this to reporters on Friday, the Voice of America reported.

As noted, the U.S. president called the Ukrainian president “a reasonable guy,” and expressed the opinion that Zelensky would reach an agreement with Putin.

“I think he [President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky] is going to make a deal with President [of Russia] Putin. And he will be invited to the White House. He is a reasonable guy. He wants to see peace in Ukraine. I think he’ll be coming very soon," Trump said.

Earlier, U.S. Chargé d'Affaires a.i. in Ukraine William Taylor announced the preparation of the official visit of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to the United States.
