This week, investors are expected to file the first two applications for investment projects totaling $96 million under Ukraine’s Investment Nanny program.
"This week, the first two applications for investment projects will be filed. The total sum of investments under these applications exceeds $96 million," Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said, opening the 2nd annual forum UkraineInvest "MAKE in UA", an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

According to him, the projects will be implemented in the areas of agro-processing and production of insulation materials, rockwool.

In general, Shmyhal added, investors have already submitted 27 applications to the tune of $2 billion.

Kyiv hosts the 2nd annual forum UkraineInvest "MAKE in UA" aimed at presenting the main economic achievements of the state and the program to attract investments in the production sector of Ukraine's economy.

The forum consists of interactive discussion panels with participation of about 30 speakers, including representatives of government agencies, international organizations, business and investment community of Ukraine and the world. The key topics of this year’s forum are the presentation of "Make in UA" program to attract investments in the production sector and the development of business diplomacy around the globe.
