Paris Hilton, the American actress and heiress of the world's largest hotel chain, plans to hold a world-class beauty contest in Ukraine.
The team of Paris Hilton has been engaged in a dialogue for several weeks already on the purchase of the Derenivska Kupil health resort complex, which is located in the foothills of the Carpathians 20 kilometers away from Uzhgorod city, western Ukraine, Ukrinform reports with reference to own sources.

The parties are close to reaching a compromise and the details of the deal are being discussed so far. A deal is expected to be closed by the end of the summer. The next year, the Derenivska Kupil resort is said to host one of the most popular international beauty contests at the behest of Paris Hilton.

According to sources, the American actress and model found out about the resort last spring, at the opening of a hotel in Lviv city. Hilton flew to Lviv with her then-boyfriend Chris Zylka, whose grandfather was born in Ukraine.
