Within the framework of the Munich Security Conference, the Republican Sen. Linds Gram has announced that the war in Ukraine will be completed if Kiev will sign an agreement with Washington about the minerals of Ukraine.
"There should be guarantees that Putin will never attack again," he said, emphasizing that the United States should not allow the situation in Ukraine as a situation in Afghanistan.
The senator also called on Ukraine to continue military support, including weapons supplies. "This war will end if we sign an agreement on the mineral minerals," he said.
