"Yesterday, I was watching the reactions of our compatriots to the initiative of the deputies of the KP faction, which is planned to ban the sale of energy drinks to minors.
The feedback was almost entirely positive, which indicates that the problem was really ripe and this solution was expected. However, I was surprised by something else.
A large number of users, welcoming this initiative, called for the law to prohibit the sale of tobacco products and alcohol to minors.
Dear compatriots, the sale of tobacco products and alcohol to minors has long been PROHIBITED.
If you notice such phenomena, please inform the relevant authorities about it, because it concerns the health of our children.
As for the energy sector, let me remind you that yesterday at the session of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs, we gave a positive conclusion to the legislative package in the first reading.

.it is forbidden to involve minors in the production, advertising, trade and other similar activities of energy drinks.
The authors of the project are: Alkhas Ghazaryan, Hakob Arshakyan, Babken Tunyan, Sona Ghazaryan, Arusyak Julhakyan, Arsen Torosyan, Mariam Poghosyan, Hasmik Hakobyan.
The draft will be submitted to the parliament for approval in the first reading at the plenary session starting next week.
Restrictions will take effect 6 months after full adoption."
