Samvel Karapetyan, leader of the "Strong Armenia" party, congratulated the Supreme Patriarch of All Armenians on the 27th anniversary of his anointment and enthronement.
"Throughout our nation's thousand-year history, there have been only 132 events of the anointment of the Supreme Patriarch of All Armenians. From the first Patriarch, Saint Gregory the Illuminator, to Your anointment lies an unbroken chain of our nation's spiritual continuity with its 132 links. This chain, like a golden thread, runs through the history of the Armenian nation and our Homeland, passing on our faith and identity to generations.
I wish You robust health, longevity, and unshakable strength to continue Your patriarchal mission— for the power of our Holy Church, the unity of our people, and the prosperity of the Homeland.
May the Lord be your protector and support, and may Your patriarchal staff always flourish."
